Это совместная работа Faraday Lab Ltd с Богомоловым В.И. Санкт-Петербург. центробежная сила сжимает пружину (полупериод в режиме "мотор") и затем пружина отдает энергию, переводя груз на меньший радиус вращения, тем самым увеличивая крутящий момент системы (полупериод в режиме "генератор")
This research topic is joint work with V.Bogomolov, St. Petersburg and Faraday Lab Ltd, http://www.faraday.ru.
It was proposed to use centrifugal force to compress the spring for free (first half period) and then to use this collected energy (second half-period) to increase momentum of the electro-generator rotor.

	Автор Богомолов В.И. тестирует устройство на вертикальном подвесе (маятник Маквелла). Доказано, что при работе пружины устройство поднимается в фазе обратного ходе вверх на 50 мм выше, чем без пружины. Vertical strings are wounding on the axis to provide rotation during the falling, then the device is moving up as the Maxwell's balance wheel almost up to the initial level. Height of the rising for this Bogomolov's device is more if the spring is compressed - decompressed.
